| How many people on a
coach tour? The tour will depart once
we have received 20 passengers as
confirmed bookings. The group size will
not exceed 38 passengers. The groups
normally average around 28 to 32
passengers. |

| How big are the coaches?
The coaches are rented as required - and
the seating capacities are 26, 36, 44
and 48. We rent coaches because we
arrange
tours - we are not transport experts. We
will use a coach that fits the group
size, but we also guarantee that there
will always be some open seats! |

| Are
children allowed on the coach tours?
Only children over the
age of 16 are allowed on our coach
tours. |
|
| How do I know that the
tour is going to depart?
Once we
receive your booking we will keep you
updated as to the progress of other
bookings on the same tour. Once the tour
has the required 20 passengers - it is
confirmed. |

| How do I pay?
You pay
Touch Africa Safaris by Electronic Funds
Transfer through your own bank. Banking
details will appear on your invoice. |
|
| When do I pay?
A
booking deposit of 50.00 is required on
booking - this way we know you are
serious about booking the tour and not
just making an enquiry. (35.00 is refundable should
the tour not depart or you decide not to
move your booking to another departure
date). This deposit forms
part of your tour price. When the tour
is confirmed - 50% of the tour is
payable. The balance is payable 30 days
before departure. |

| Are there excursions and
fees not included?
Everything as per
the itinerary is included. Some meals
are also included in the tour price -
please check the itinerary. Some
optional seasonal activities are not
included - e.g. boat-based whale
watching, and activities that you may
arrange for yourself during a free day.

| Are tips
included in the tour price?
No - tips for the Tour
Guide and the Coach Driver are not
included. Neither are tips for
supplementary tours - e.g. the safari
guides in the Kruger National Park. Tips
for hotel and restaurant staff are also
not included - HOWEVER - tips for
the porters doing the luggage IS
INCLUDED. Please take a look a the

| Are flights included?
Flights to and from South Africa at the
beginning and end of the tour ARE NOT
INCLUDED. These flights you need to
arrange yourself. Flights during the
tour - e.g. from Durban to Cape Town,
and the return flight to and from Victoria Falls
on the
15 Day Five Countries Spectacular
are included. |

| What happens when I
arrive in South Africa?
A
representative from Touch Africa Safaris
will meet you at the airport and you
will then be taken to your hotel. This
is Day 0 on the itinerary. On Day 1 your
tour guide will be at the hotel to start
the tour with you. We will also meet you
earlier than Day 0 should this be the
case. |
